Pros

The people and students. The facilities. The salary and benefits are very good. The working conditions are excellent and people care about each other.

Cons

Very top-down management. This means that the people who work most with the students get to have the least say in what should happen and in improvements that need to be made. Poor communication about the overall direction of the organization and any future plans. Wants to be innovative but doesn't ever really change the way it does things.
