Amazing benefits, and time off. Pay is acceptable for market trends (not great but not bad). They TRY to incorporate a lot of faculty and staff involvement and promote being activity.

Cons

Management can be micromanaging, especially with time off and flexing time. It seems like management is afraid of getting in trouble.
