Client interaction everyday. Management is great. Benefits are great.

Cons

The turnover has been fairly high since I started. Makes it tough to keep staffing. they are accommodating to taking vacations. No short notice days off though.

Johnson Bank is a privately held Bank with a strong leadership team. The company offers great opportunities for advancement in both the sales and operations associates. Strong dedication to the communities that they are located in.

There are very few cons regarding this organization.

Pros

Wonderful place to work. Consummate professionals in the workplace. You will work amongst experts in their respective field. Management overall is supportive, motivating, and fair. Great Perks. Great benefits. A place that is hard to leave once you get established as they truly do treat you like family. Also great work life balance.

Cons

more of a focus on recruiting new talent as opposed to organic growth. If you have a position you expect to have for the remainder of your career you can't ask for much more from an employer. If you aspire to climb, more than likely you will have to do it elsewhere (some exception to the rule but minimal).
