Profit Sharing was a great perk Time off started at two week and grew Leadership from the corporate level was great Communication overall was fine

Cons

Training for new positions was lacking Pay Poor Career advancement, never seemed to be able to move from branch to head quarters lack or clear policies

There is an emphasis on giving back to local communities and the benefits are not terrible. Managers generally care about their employees as people as well as their on the job performance.

Cons

There is almost no diversity at all levels of the organization and base compensation is fairly poor. Poor performance is not only accepted, but anticipated and expected at many levels.
