Pros

Great culture, approachable leadership, good benefits with some extras you don't see everywhere. Work/life balance is great

Cons

HR is too strict with a manager's ability to give raises and promotions. Management tolerates poor performance by having others cover mistakes, even if it's a weekly issue continuing over a couple years. Lots of leadership is leaving/retiring by the end of 2021, so culture may shift heavily as they've made outside leadership hires in the past few years.

Cons

We have been losing long time talented people over the past year from managers to inside staff and outside sales people. Every company goes through turnover, but the turn over was 75% of our top people in the company. Leadership is spending so much time trying to find someone to blame. Left behind are managers with ego's who are more concerned about a title then helping our clients. The clients are following because they see it too. When will upper management look inside themselves and admit where we went wrong and change it before the rest are gone. No longer one of the best places to work.
