Decent pay is here and payroll staff is friendly.

Cons

No benefits at all. The insurance is supplemental only, no major medical. It’s a body shop so it’s a job not a career

-Staff are in constant communication with you during the whole process -Competitive pay, decent benefits -Found me a great role that I fit into well so far and brings me joy to wake up every morning -Original recruiter that found me poured a lot of encouragement into me to build my confidence -Paperwork was all signed electronically and I never had to go into an office for any interview

Cons

-Benefits could be better/cheaper -No maternity/paternity leave options -The sites for enrolling in benefits/clocking time could be more cohesive and clear

If you like to be micromanaged this job is for you. If you don’t ever want to to grow within a company….again this job is for you!

Cons

I want to start off saying, when I first started I was treated like I couldn’t be trusted. A coworker who had been there for 2 years stated “He’s like that with everyone who is new, he just doesn’t trust you yet.” So if He didn’t trust me, why hire me? Secondly, 17/hr for the first 90 days and then 18.50/hourly after 90 days….and bachelors degree requirement is mind blowing! Commission is set up where it is nearly impossible to make and once you do, you will only be making 3% of the actual statement you are given. High turn over rate which could be do to the manager being a homophobic, talking about politics during meetings (MAGA) , and just being extremely unfriendly. Also if you don’t answer an email of his in .5 seconds, he will walk over to your desk and stare you down.
