- Great culture at the lower ranks - Still friends with a few people I met there

Cons

- Pay is not amazing but bonus is generous, if they decide not to cut it - Senior Leadership is obssessed with constant quarterly growth to the point they will do layoffs just to hit a number Wall Street is satisfied with. Yea, they are a listed company but that doesn't mean you constantly restructure just to hit some magic number!
