      Pros

      JNJ offers a great career path within a respected company and category - namely healthcare. Multinational opportunities are at large. Likewise, JNJ has a strong track record of innovation - allowing you to be at the forefront on new consumer insights and solutions.

      Cons

      Whereas the Credo is at the heart of leadership values at JNJ - on paper, these values are not always rigidly demanded of senior management to succeed. Allowing leaders to progress within the organisation while blatantly ignoring respect for the employee and for the customer - is happening. As a result, poor role models are emerging for employees to aspire towards.

      Pros

      Johnson and Johnson gives out decent pay and benefits to employees. Although they only use temps from my experience here.

      Cons

      Does not care about people, just appearing to be a caring/profitable company. They might have made 12 billion profit last quarter, or year. But they owe 90 billion. Want to invest? I think not. Credo is a joke, this company only hires temps from where I work and they get no benefits, and no rights. Company appears to be clean and organized but this is only an appearance brought together with lots of investor money. Morale is low so it's like one of those fancy decorated eggs on the outside, but inside hollow/ cold.
