      The disease state was very rewarding to sell in.

      Cons

      No acknowledgement for hard work. Frequently making changes in sales directions. Never gives sales force opportunity to adjust to one direction then new direction is sent down. Marketing direction for product launch was very poor.

      Pros

      Solid company, very well respected. Compensation is competitive. Lots of room to move into different areas of the company as a whole.

      Cons

      The company grew too quickly and never incorporated systems to keep up with the growth. The result is the systems that do exist give incomplete, conflicting information, so everything is done manually be excel. Expect long days and you don't receive much credit.
