Pros

JnJ is an amazing company committed to patients/customers, community, employees, and finally the share holder. The company credo does represent JnJ at the heart of the organization. I consider myself fortunate to be part of this great company, because I can be a leader regardless of my position or level.

Cons

It's a challenging time for the organization due to the current recession. JnJ needs to engage employees more with talent development opportunities and communication.
