Pros

Love the culture of J&J with many DE&I initiatives. Leadership is big on employee happiness. Many in the company end up staying for their entire career which is very rate these days. Those who leave end up coming back for most part.

Cons

If someone coming from Tech Industry like the Googles and Apple, work gets bit slow here due to very strict regulatory and compliance requirements. Also in the technology transformation/adoption front, its quite a bit behind compared to rest of the tech industry.

Pros

Free contact lenses? We are in the middle of a merger with them and currently it's just pure confusion and messy. How has a company that has absorbed so many other companies still be so bad at it?

Cons

The health benefits are pure garbage. We're currently merging with Johnson and Johnson and just adopted their health plans. All of our costs went up yet our coverage went down. For a company that is in the medical field they should be straight up embarrassed

Very location and manager dependent

Pros

Take all pros and cons with a grain of salt locations and managers are vastly different across the organization. My manager is great and very good at allowing growth on the team.

Cons

As new leadership was added the quality of treatment became lower. The leadership organization was not forthcoming and in many instances even lied to the team to get work pushed through. They also had a tendency to not listen to their teams and many times spoke over them as they were trying to articulate a point, the culture quickly became more and more toxic.
