Historically good co-workers who have a great desire to succeed. Good Pay with decent benefits Was a family lead organization with employees in mind.

Cons

Turning into a typical large company with bottom line first and people second. New leadership is more worried about themselves versus the entire organization Little to no family involvement. End of an era with a focus to becoming a impersonal large corporation

The culture is good but sometimes the company does not commit properly to the culture. Pay and people are solid and lots of opportunity.

Cons

Lack of actual empathy for workers sometimes as well as pay could be better. Work life balance is 50 50 sometimes decent and sometimes awful.
