Pros
There are a ton of Pros to this company. Many Members have grown within the company throughout the years I have been here. I see members from the floor stretch and grow into leadership roles all the time. Even in the tough times there is always a sense of unity, we are in this together. If you have the drive and ability you can continue to develop your career here. Many people do not fit the Johnsonville culture and I think those are the ones I see writing bad reviews. We work hard (and play hard) and expect great things from people. Not everyone can live up to that pressure and that is OK. Benefits are great, pay is good, bonus is great.
Cons
Lots of stress. Work/life can be hard to manage for some. Expectations are high. Many Members play the us vs them mentality.
