I really feel as though I am involved in making decisions that impact the company at high levels. I am encouraged to try new things. There is plenty of room for advancement. I started out making sure.there are 5 brats on a tray now I'm in a leadership role.

Cons

One the plants is on a 24/7 schedule. You are guaranteed to work every other Saturday and Sunday.

Great culture. Individual ideas are always welcome, new innovation is expected and promoted. Benefits and pay are great

Not all members are held accountable. some leadership does not hold poor performance accountable for improvement. Lends to others being disappointed in leaderships ability to move things forward. creates frustrations
