Forced to work 5-6 days alternating weeks, have to put in for vacation for your unscheduled days and hope it gets approved. Major favoritism between lines from management, "my way or the highway"mentality No room for advancement

Overworked to the max (minimum of 50 hrs per week) Favorites are played excessively Higher ups do not keep their word or will flat out lie
