Johnsonville is passionate about member development and truly strives to "Use the business to build the poeple". Continuing education and learning for life are 2 areas they consistently focus on.

Cons

The business is growing and because of strong sales so there is a high workload for manufacturing members. The company has taken drastic measures to help curb this including cutting volume and getting members Sundays off. They're also working to invest in more capacity.

The culture and people are really what make this place great! You are only limited by yourself. Coaches guide and support members in this organization to become their best and fully develop, making annual commitments to stretch and grow.

Cons

I have a wonderful resume, but no need to use it as I do not see anything but retirement in the distant future.
