Pros

Decent pay, good benefits, bonus program

Cons

Management seems to be threatened by smart people. Tends to shuck workload off on other people. No personal accountability for decisions that go bad. They always ask for ideas and then implement none of them unless it’s simple and cheap. Member services is less than desirable. It’s very hard to get anything done through that office. Hires a lot of people that really can’t do the job hired to do. High turnover rate makes it hard to get anybody that’s good at the job.

Great place to work

Pros

The company treats it's employees well, and works to build them up. You are invited to challenge yourself. The company is family owned, so we have options that publicly traded companies don't have. It still feels like a small business.

Cons

The company tends to run pretty lean, so work loads can be heavy. Additionally promotions can be hard to come by.

Pros

Great people who really care. Great benefits including state of the art fitness center on sight. Best of all, there are plenty of opportunities for people who want to stretch and grow their talents. It's a strong business with lots of positive change.

Cons

Probably not unlike other companies, the constant change and high expectations can create heavy workload for our members. This is a positive from the standpoint of opportunities to work on new and different. At times, however, it creates challenges in balancing work/home life.
