      Pros

      The company culture has been nothing but fantastic! The members here are helpful, kind and always willing to go the extra mile. The benefits are outstanding and I feel the company really cares for us with all their added perks, bonuses and appreciation.

      Cons

      The only downside is the lack of Starbucks near the facilities, BUT the company opened a cafe inside the building for members, so their beautiful, new espresso machine makes up for it.

      The company gives you every opportunity to stretch and grow both professionally and personally. You are not just a number, you are valued and appreciated. The work life balance has been great and I have enjoyed the teams that I have worked with. Truly a great place to live and work.

      If you are not willing to stretch and grow, this may not be the place for you.

      Pros

      Johnsonville is family-owned company that makes awesome tasting sausage products. We have a beautiful corporate headquarters, located next to a few of our manufacturing plants, and a work culture that is sought after by CEO's and BOD's around the world. We use the business to build the people, not using people to build the business. I have stretched and grown beyond what I ever could have imagined...and I love it here!

      Cons

      Some would say that our rural setting is not for them, but that's because they haven't experienced it yet. We're a short commute from the Milwaukee suburbs, so that shouldn't be a factor. This is a great place to work and raise a family.
