Great people to work with, all facilities close to each other. Great health insurance.

Kind of a hypocritical culture- talk about work/life balance yet there is a plant where employees have to constantly work weekends, including Sundays. Recently built a large new corporate headquarters (it was needed- we were running out of room) but where the product is made is very old and outdated. No plans of updating. Slapping white paint on the lunchroom doesn't make it feel any nicer. Does nice things for employees but it seems like it's only for publicity or an award, not genuine.
