Able to sit back and talk with customers.

Cons

They never heated or cooled their warehouse. Very ironic that I work in a heating and ventilation store, yet they're too cheap to keep the warehouse at a decent temperature. Pay was terrible. Very un organized. No encouragement to work other than a pay check. No room to move up.
