Johnstone’s extraordinary growth makes it an exciting place to work. As we grow together, we’re continuously improving and streamlining our policies, benefits, ERP systems, extranets, and other processes.

Cons

With this rapid growth, we are also hiring at an accelerated pace. As a result, we’ve noticed that some new hires do not always demonstrate the level of skill or experience reflected during the interview process. Johnstone’s environment requires genuine capability and accountability — it’s not a “learn as you go” or “fake it until you make it” culture.
