Opportunities for exposure to a wide variety of real estate projects and properties. Excellent place to learn new things and to test your limits as a professional. Great camaraderie and team work among staff. Mission based company that actually cares about their impact to the world, particularly in the area of affordable housing, green building, and cultural projects.

Cons

Employees tend to be given large workloads with very limited resources for assistance. High management and staff turnover in recent years. The company is constantly in a state of flux and management can get overly occupied with reporting to those above them rather than with the welfare of those they are managing.
