Pros

The company encourages meditation and personal well being. People are friendly to each other and willing to help. As an engineering student, it was good to see a much bigger picture not only just the construction part of it but the whole real estate industry.

Cons

Because it is company that mainly develop affordable housing. You gain good salary and good work-life balance but do not expect exceptional amount of money from the company
