      Decent pay for a city with high cost of living

      Cons

      Racial discrimination, bullying, and constant lies from upper management. They lie to employees and resident. Refusal to do proper maintenance on buildings causing unsafe living and work conditions. Blame is regularly placed on property staff for upper management missteps or software and issues.
