Great Company to work for

Pros

This is a company that genuinely cares about the employee. Great team atmosphere. Work Culture like no other. Competitive benefits that the company is always trying to improve. They are progressive and continuously looking in ways to improve the company.

Cons

Pay - comparable to surrounding industry, however expectations are higher than the competition. Growth and development- Because the company is great to it's employees, its tenure is above average. The unfortunate side of this is that prevents growth into leadership roles as upper management opportunities seldomly present themselves. Additionally, due to current economic climate, on the rare occurrence a member of management moves on from their position or the company, the company tends to hold off replacing that position for extended periods of time, if they don't dissolve the position entirely. When growth is stunted from a management level, growth at the lower level is subsequently stunted, which in turn can cause retention issues.
