Pros

Reasonable pay for the industry

Cons

Management is very negative. They only tell you what you're doing wrong, even when it's actually in the best interest of the customer and the business. Will waste way more time "coaching" you on how you could be more efficient than the issue they felt you took too long to resolve, which is counterproductive and is just another way they are focusing on any one negative call, as opposed to highlighting what was done well on the many other successful ones.
