Fun, exciting environment with fun people and friends all around. Get's you out of your comfort zone and into talking to people, in front of people, and in general just becoming a more sociable person. Fun working environment.

Cons

Very low pay, no growth opportunities what so ever, pay raises are miniscule.

You control your income as a 100% commision sales consultant.Ability to work on your own and at your discretion which customers to work with.

Cons

Poor communication between management and employees. Insufficient inventory of stock merchandise. Lack of advertising. Little acceptance of ideas from the field.
