I believe that this is a great company that truly cares about helping people find care for their kids. As a Role Model Manager, I get a say in who gets hired, how to best train them to do their jobs, etc.

Cons

A lot of pressure on me to find the right people in a limited amount of time. That can make things stressful. The families can be demanding and rude at times.
