Pros

As a tutor at College Nannies and Tutors, this job afforded flexible hours and good pay for a college student.

Cons

As a college student at U of MN, most of the clients were located in Wayzata, which required much traveling, sometime only for an hour long tutoring session. Also, students canceled their tutoring sessions at the last minute somewhat often.

They took out taxes and took care of he business side of things so I didn't have to worry about it.

Cons

They take a cut of the pay so you don't get paid as much as other nannies who are hired directly by a family.

Cons

You may not work all the hours you want to just because you asked to work and most jobs are 3 hours a day 5 days a week as a steady nannying job
