Pros

It's a job where you feel like you're actually making a difference in kids' lives. The supervisors are easy to get along with and the schedule is as flexible as you need it to be. While you work with students you get $15/hour, which is great if you have more than a couple of clients to work with. Otherwise, training/preparatory work is just $7.50/hour.

Cons

Sometimes you don't know that you have a client until a couple of hours beforehand, and the app they want you to use can be kind of flaky in telling you when you've been assigned to a shift.

Pros

The families were really very nice, and the app that scheduled you and where you maintained your hours was cool.

Cons

The pay was awful, that is when they paid you correctly. Little to no notice about on-call jobs Promised fulltime, but it'd be Friday and only 20 hours had been worked. Wouldnt let us make the necessary time up to hit 40 hours a week. Had to come in and work 8-12 hours over the weekend.
