Everyone at Jovie of Orange and Rockland County is passionate about the company's mission-Building Stronger Families, and they do everything they can to fulfill family's care requests while taking care of the caregivers.

Getting emails/phone calls outside of office hours, app still needs some improvement

I have had a great opportunity to meet and connect with many different families, coworkers, and other members of our team. I have worked with over 200 families and am still in contact with many of them. You will meet many children and families from diverse backgrounds and may have the opportunity to work at childcare events, centers, and conferences. The starting wage is comparative to similar jobs in the field and is a great place to kick start your career as a caregiver! I have been working with Jovie for more than two years and have enjoyed every bit of it!

Cons

You must be able to maintain a healthy work/life balance and be able to communicate healthy. If you are in school, please take into account how many hours you would be able to work and don't assume you can work 40 hours a week and still have energy for what matters (the children).
