Pros

Great opportunity to learn staffing and recruiting, human resources, employee management. Learn automotive manufacturing.

Cons

Very discriminatory. Unless you are korean or similar asian decent, you will be treated much differently and not trusted. You will be interviewed and hired and even trained different. For example a Korean employee will be hired with a salary vs starting hourly like all other office staff. The company's caucasian hr manager makes less after two years than a korean offsite supervisor with no experience starts at. It's a very unfair practice and I think discrimination. There are other issues that make this an unpleasant place to work, just nobody will do anything to change them. You are expected to work 12, 13 or more hours everyday and are not encouraged to have any sort of life at home. I think they want robots and not humans working for them. They talk in korean knowing you don't understand them and yell at you or fire you for doing something wrong when you didn't understand them in the first place.

Pros

Working with Joynus gave me confidence to follow my dreams. I was challenged, directed, coached and inspired to do my best every day. They have great leadership at the top level where they seek growth of employees. Leadership have certain principles where they are fair to everyone and allow the ones who work hard to have more responsibilities, bigger role and more pay. They showed me that this company culture is to keep A players because if you mix C players with A Players, C players contaminate the environment and bring the company down. In fairness they always gave opportunity to C players, but I saw them not adapting and leaving shortly.

Cons

Lots of free lunches and dinner made me gain weight. Thankfully, owner of the company purchased tennis lessons to everyone so I'm still eating eating a lot and burning them off.
