Pros
The people who care are worth sticking around and trying to make the best of this discriminatory environment. I've worked with some great people here; but none have the authority to make real changes because of the 'culture' of the management.
Cons
Discrimination is everyday life here. It gets covered by a 'cultural' issue that 'everyone needs to work on'... but the guilty ones don't make any changes for the better. Their best employee is on her way out because of the disparity.
