      Pros

      Great health insurance, hire within the company, free food Friday’s, yearly bonus, awesome holiday party, relaxed dress code, fun work environment, co workers are family.

      Cons

      Products were broken and consistently needed fixing, company got bought out by Securus which changed a lot of the culture and got a lot of people laid off, no ongoing training or guidance for management.
