Pros

Jpay has very good opportunities for career advancement. One of the most influential factors in this is that the entire company is under one roof...This gives and individual increased exposure to all facets of the company and the ability to network.

Cons

There are a lot of politics at play in this environment. It can be very frustrating at times with constant continual changes in policy etc. Especially frustrating when these changes if done correctly the first time with all the right parties involved contributing feedback etc would not have to be changed over and over.

Pros

I can not think of one besides the fact it is located in south Florida.

Cons

The turnover rate is extremely high because people quit and management loves to fire on a whim without cause. There is no loyalty to employees and is a difficult work environment because the communication between departments is lacking to say the least.
