Pros

I've been with the company for over 2.5 years and truly value the supportive environment. The CEO and operations team are hands-on, with regular meetings that keep everyone aligned. It's rare to see a CEO so involved - it truly makes us feel connected and valued. The diverse team across our locations offers great opportunities to learn and grow. Strong benefits and daily support from all departments makes this a workplace i'm proud to be part of.

Pros

- good opportunity to those who wanna work in healthy place. - opportunity for the growth. - fun working with team members. - feels good doing customer service.

Cons

- pay is lil low compare to the work we do. - old employee should get increment in there hourly payment. - though most of the team members are good and there's always fun working with them and has a good communication, some team members are doing nothing as compare to other and still the hard working members not getting appreciation. - you shouldn't always rely only the report that is send by the supervisor/ manager cuz they are biased to team members sometimes.
