Pros

Corporate staff is friendly and fun to work with. Interaction with store employees is refreshing way to get out of the office.

Cons

CEO is an egomaniac, who doesn't hesitate to turn his bad day into his employees bad day. Constant turnover at all levels of the company, typically due to irrational behavior by overly involved CEO

Pros

Juice generation is great company, they give many incentives to their employees such as free juices/smoothies/bowls, full health coverage, fulltime employment, competitive pay (way above minimum wage) and a gym membership. Upper management is very involved and the owner is very hands on. There is also a lot of opportunity for supervisor positions and management. If you have the work ethic and dedication you can work your way to management fairly quickly.

Cons

if you are looking for a part time job or a second job this job would not be for you. In addition most positions are either evenings or mornings. No standard 9-5 shifts even for managers. (which is typical for food service businesses).

Great benefits (health, dental, gym membership), bonuses for supervisors/managers

Cons

It's all rainbows & butterflies until you fall out of favor w/ Mr. CEO, who is a child. The politics and favoritism here make this company feel so small and shady.
