Pros

Employees are a good group of people to work with. Having an amazing team always makes working a shift that much easier.

Cons

District Managers were unprofessional and don’t know how to speak to employees. If you decide to express your grievances or disagree with something it’s not acknowledged and they attempt to make you feel like you’re an issue.

Pros

Been working here a little less than a year and I love the vibe and energy that everyone in the company has. The corporate office has a laid back culture. It's a very earthy office and you can wear jeans/sneakers to work as long as you're presentable. There's a lot of interaction with store employees and sporadic happy hours, which are always fun.

Cons

I have none at the moment.
