Pros

Good colleagues (depends on the team)

Cons

Very numbers, low salaries and bottom line driven. Culture is full of politics. You could clearly see who management liked and they would get promoted faster than others. While you might think you have a good job security working for this company, that's where you are wrong. Layoffs were frequent, including strong, talented employees. This caused a huge amount of stress and uncertainty. Please consider wisely before accept the job offers.

Pros

None. Anyone considering working for Juice Generation should think twice.

Cons

The pay is insultingly low compared to the relentless expectations placed on employees. It is shocking that the company expects people to keep with impossible workloads and unreasonable demands while offering such a pitiful salary.
