Some smart colleagues. Good amount of time off.
Cons
The people who interviewed me and the recruiters involved did not accurately describe the culture or office set up. There is a lot of drama and politics. Incredibly inefficient and minimal transparency. Doesn't feel like much of a business plan exists. Loads of secret meetings. Tech stack is mostly old and bloated. It is all just so unimpressive from the inside.
