Pros

There is a lot of Exposure to Technology and openess in the communication with employees.

Cons

Employee has to keep reminding the manager of his growth and salary raise. new Hires get more salaryu than people who are already there. and for the old employee to come to the level of the new employee it takes a lot time even though he has more experience than the new Joinee.

Pros

Making a difference in a company that's making a difference. Lots of change means lots of opportunities to influence and contribute in a positive way. Juniper also has a strong programme of product development in both the Service Provider and Enterprise markets which means you are very unlikely to get stuck in a rut. We also have a very good benefits package - which just adds the cherry on the top of the job satisfaction icing. A nice mix of work/life balance with manageable travel.

Cons

You have to be prepared to accept continual change which might be hard for some people, but if that's what you like you'll get it in abundance at Juniper!

Pros

Good learning and wonderful crowd. Exposure to new technologies, and a nice platform to work. Good and firm designs to learn from.

Cons

Compensation is great when you join, but it grows poorly with time. Juniper need to come up with a long term plan where the thrill of joining lasts for a longer time.
