      Juniper is growing, and so are the oportunities for its people. Watch out Cisco!!

      Pros

      There is a strong focus on family and the need to balance work and life. This is reinforced from the top down and I believe the company stands beind its employees in this way. There is good room for proefessional growth as the company continues to execute on it strategy for competing with Cisco in the enterprise. This offers many opportunities for most roles.

      Cons

      The company is preparing for enormous growth as it transitions from a small (6000 people) company to a larger one. currently, the internal systems are not very efficient right now, but are improving. as Juniper enters the enterprise market fully this year and next, this will be key to scaling.
