Higher than industry average compensation.

Cons

Way too much overhead, process. Productivity way down compared to smaller companies. Sluggish development. Trying to fix the problem with the plane by throwing out passengers.

Great benefits Differentiated products Good working environment

Cons

No shared goals or vision, just this constant insistence to move fast but without any destination in mind. Almost totally focused on service providers, missing a massive opportunity with enterprise customers. Wasting the differentiation they have in cutting-edge products by constantly prioritizing cash cow business that isn't growing. Trying to resuscitate a dead security portfolio.
