They made lay off recently

The company is trying to move too fast, leaving new hires in the dark. Training is nonexistent, and the individuals with the knowledge do not document the processes. Yet, managers expect one to know the entire product suite with little training. Senior management is a prime example of bad leadership. There are cliques which is a red flag. I could go on; there is no point. Take this job if you need it. Run as soon as you can as that seems to be the pattern with this company.
