I gained a ton of experience in leading, listening, as well as following in a professional environment. It's a fun company, good values in theory. Easy enough to work your way up from the bottom if you work for it and really want it.

Cons

Constant obstacles in regular retail routines that are unnecessary. Sometimes the easiest, simplest solution is the best one...
