Once you get your foot in the door there is a vast variety of departments and jobs you can switch from every 6 months to a year. Over two weeks paid in the summer and almost two weeks paid for December, additionally various paid holidays along the year.

Cons

Hard to get on first shift and when you do you are receiving a pay cut. Also mandatory 40 hours stuck in a warehouse with no fresh air.
