Competitive pay and benefits with opportunity to earn additional paid time off for having perfect attendance. This employer offers a wellness initiative annually that can earn the employee a discount on their insurance premium. Several times a year, the company provides a catered meal to show their appreciation to employees. It is a union shop and the recent contract has a bonus that will pay out in December.

Cons

No plant safety director at this time. Others are covering the duties in the interim.

Justrite has a very competitive compensation program for sellers. You can win and accelerate you comp each and every month! Justrite has a great name in the market, and a powerful position. It is a very fun place to sell.

Cons

High expectations to perform. I wouldn't call it high pressure, id say high expectations. Notably, we rise to those expectations well!
