      A solid and growing company with opportunities

      Pros

      Justrite is a company that offers industrial products that provide safety and compliance measures regarding EPA, OSHA, etc. I also like this company since products are pro-environment protection. There is a lot of opportunity to grow and excel with this 106 year old company - that is run more like a start-up. Colleagues are smart, engaged and open to helping out. The company benefits are good as well. Management values input and ideas.

      Time for a change

      Great insurance, Great people to work with, Great starter Job, Great hours for a person trying to go to school

      Cons

      Poor Management, Low pay for a lot of work, No upgrade to the next position, Low raises Not so good job to stay at.
