New Corporate CEO is out of touch with the business needs, and the upper executive management has their own agenda. They do not listen to employee feedback, turnover is staggering, the bonus structure is flawed and they will find ways to not give you all of it. The workload is unmanageable and with being continually short staffed it never alleviates. The CEO openly said he does not believe in a corporate Quality Department, and it shows. The talented and experienced employees are fleeing from Justrite and their brands. The salaries are horribly under the national average. It is so sad to watch a new CEO come in, clean house to bring his own people along, and destroy a brand like Justrite.

Safety is not a priority - upper management gives lip service to it but does nothing to actually support safe work. Pay practices are not consistent from site to site, and if you don't know to negotiate EVERYTHING when you are initially offered a job you will lose out on potentially better pay, amount of time off, and potential bonus.
