Everyone here works really hard, has a great sense of humor, and is very humble. The work is complex and dense, but that makes it extremely rewarding. The company has a growing customer base that is very involved in the product and the services, so you also get to work with them in shaping the future of the company.

Cons

Its a competitive space right now, which can be scary and stressful sometimes. Its got a long sales cycle, and prioritizing projects and processes for a varied B2B customer base is a challenge. There's a lot of work to be done and not a lot of time.

Justworks is full of driven, passionate, and inspiring individuals who embody a wholly positive company culture. The different teams in the company work together seamlessly to put out an amazing product. They provide snacks and goodies for everyone to keep energy up and everyone is incredibly friendly.

Cons

The office is a bit of a tight squeeze because they a quickly growing. However, they are moving to a new one shortly so it shouldn't be a problem for long.

Pros

The people - there's no ego. Everyone's passionate about the company and works hard to move the company forward. The culture - laid back but people get sh*t done. Work hard-play hard mentality. Super transparent. Great leadership. Extremely smart people.

Cons

The business itself is extremely complicated, so onboarding is slow. Also compensation is light, but everyone here is working towards the long-term goal, so it's OK.
